Trijicon RMR footprint standard

Welke red dots zal werken met de Trijicon-montage? Kun je de Holosun 507C op dezelfde plaat installeren als het Trijicon RMR red dot vizier? We behandelen de volledige compatibiliteit van de footprint in dit artikel.

Compatibiliteit van de footprint uitgelegd

Wat betekent een “footprint”? De term footprint verwijst naar een structuur van de sockets en schroefgaten op de basis van het optische apparaat.

En wat betekent het als de footprints compatibel zijn? Elk optisch vizier heeft een basis voor montage. De basis bestaat uit pinnen op verschillende posities en gaten voor schroeven die worden gebruikt voor de bevestiging van het vizier aan de montage.

Als twee vizieren dezelfde basis voor montage gebruiken, zeggen we dat ze dezelfde footprint delen. In dit artikel laten we zien welke red dots dezelfde footprint delen.

Trijicon RMR voetafdrukpatroon

De RMR-voetafdruk bestaat uit twee sockets aan de voorkant en twee schroefgaten in het midden van het vizier.

De voorste sockets zijn 22,5 mm / 0,89 inch van elkaar verwijderd, elk gepositioneerd in de hoek van de voorkant van het vizier. De positie van deze twee sockets komt overeen met de positie van pinnen die zich op een montageoppervlak van elke mount voor deze standaard bevinden.

De schroefgaten zijn ongeveer in het midden van het optische apparaat gepositioneerd. Deze dienen voor de bevestiging van het vizier aan de mount. Deze twee schroefgaten zijn 18,8 mm / 0,74 inch van elkaar verwijderd.

De schroeven die voor deze schroefgaten moeten worden gebruikt, zijn altijd inbegrepen in het pakket met het vizier.

Hoe red dot te monteren met Trijicon RMR voetafdruk

Het hangt af van welk apparaat u wilt monteren.

  • Zal u het op een picatinny-mount installeren? D.w.z. een pistool uitgerust met picatinny rail? Dan moet u zoeken naar een picatinny-mount met RMR-voetafdruk.
  • Of gaat u het op een pistool monteren? En zal het pistool optics ready zijn (met pistoolschuifuitsparing voor red dot). Dan moet u zoeken naar een red dot montage met RMR-voetafdruk.
  • Of zal het een standaardpistool zijn zonder dergelijke uitsparing? Dan moet u zoeken naar een optische plaat met RMR-voetafdruk.

Mine is absolutely perfect. Screws are spot on. I took my time to properly install the plate handle fitting the red dot screws as recommended.
Degrease, Loctite and 48 h drying.
I passed 700 9mm NATO without any loosing screws.
When using Irons sight, it shoot wayyyyyyy High. Unusable iron.
I’m really pleased with this item.

I did not have to machine the slide. It just pops on, you do not need gun master to install.
The plate covers the space between the itself and the slide. You can install it to the middle of the slide only. It does not move at all.

Since I couldn’t get a potential slide replacement for my no longer produced pistol, I couldn’t take a chance of milling it. Your type B red dot mount was my salvation. It works fantastic. Only suggestion is not having your newer insertion tool was a problem as the dive tail on the mount keep wanting to rise or ride out as you hammer the mount in place. Overall a great solution for older pistols and will tell my shooting buddies about it. Thanks! JS
